‘Temp to Perm’ recruitment is becoming an increasingly popular way for companies to recruit staff.

The worker will in initially be placed on a temporary contract working through Staff Central.

After 12 weeks of work you are able to transfer the worker onto your employ free of charge.

The benefit of this is that it allows both parties to ‘try before they buy’ before making a formal offer.

For a business, this means seeing how the employee works within the team, how they perform in the role and whether they would be a good long term fit.

It gives the worker a target to work towards and after 3 months a company will know about their work ethic and reliability etc, which will help decide on offering a permanent contract.
